Everything was perfect, from the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, to the breakfasts and the hotel and its location the views from the room was all perfect. The airport shuttle service was a nice included bonus. I would definitely return to this hotel.

A great hotel, but a bit outside the city. For business, it is great as it is easy to get to along as it sits along the Panamericana. But it is off the touristy track. There is a nice observation point very close with a spectacular view of Cuenca.

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The views from the pool and the room we're incredible and the breakfast was really tasty and a true buffet {not a covid buffet}. The room was big and the nicest we'd experienced in all of our time in Ecuador, maybe even all of south America.
